REINHARD HUNGER FOR THE NEW YORK TIMES YEAR IN IDEAS

For the second year in a row, the New York Times commissioned conceptual-still lifer photographer Reinhard Hunger to shoot their Year in Ideas issue. This issue, dealing with the big issues and ideas of the previous year, allowed Hunger and stylist Sarah Illenberger to explore these ideas with their own unique visions.
A powerhouse duo, the resulting series of images, including the cover, are thoughtful, interesting, and visually stimulating.
